Lisa Keating – My Story

 

I am a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Circle, serving buyers and sellers throughout Chicago’s western suburbs.

With more than 40 years of real estate experience, I have had the privilege of helping generations of clients successfully buy and sell homes throughout the Chicagoland area. My goal has always been to provide personalized, high-quality service while making each transaction as informed, organized, and successful as possible.

When it is time to buy or sell a home, experience matters. I understand how to market a property effectively, evaluate opportunities, negotiate on behalf of my clients, manage inspections and paperwork, and navigate the many details that arise between the first conversation and closing.

I believe exceptional service begins with listening. I take the time to understand each client’s goals, explain their options, stay in close communication, and provide honest guidance throughout the process. My clients frequently recognize my integrity, responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping them informed.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I have a special passion for helping seniors and their families navigate downsizing, the sale of a longtime home, and other important life transitions. These moves often involve more than a traditional real estate transaction, so I approach them with patience, compassion, and personalized guidance.

I am also proud to work with military members and their families. I understand that military moves can involve unique timelines and circumstances, and I consider it a privilege to provide the responsive guidance and support they deserve.

I have consistently earned production awards throughout my career and am proud to have received Pinnacle Quality Service Awards based directly on client survey responses. Those honors are especially meaningful because they reflect the experiences of the people I have served.

My primary service areas include Westchester, North Riverside, La Grange Park, Darien, Westmont, Downers Grove, and surrounding communities throughout Chicago’s western suburbs.
